Originally from Brisbane, he completed his medical degree there before relocating to Bundaberg to work at the Base Hospital, which included 12 months of surgical experience in orthopaedics. After completing his General Practice training, he pursued further education in skin cancer medicine and surgery, becoming an accredited skin cancer doctor with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA). He has also mentored and trained doctors in this field across Childers, Gatton, and Townsville. At Kaleidoscope, Dr Jos offers cosmetic consultations and treatments, along with skin checks and skin cancer procedures. He also performs skin cancer surgery weekly at Bundaberg Private Day Hospital for privately insured patients. These procedures can be done under local or general anaesthetic. His extensive surgical skillset, precision, and deep understanding of anatomy form the foundation of his work in cosmetic medicine, where he’s passionate about delivering natural and refined results. Dr Jos also assists a visiting plastic surgeon in theatre, adding to his cosmetic and surgical experience. Dr Emily Jacob is a Rural GP with extensive experience in skin cancer medicine. Raised in the Atherton Tablelands, she studied medicine at James Cook University in Townsville and completed her training in Mackay and Kuranda. Prior to joining the team at Kaleidoscope Skin Cancer Clinic, Dr Emily worked as a General Practitioner in Bundaberg for four years, where her areas of special interest included skin cancer medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and mental health. Dr Emily enjoys educating junior doctors and is a passionate champion of the career and lifestyle benefits of working in rural and remote medicine.

Dr Bryce Nicol (FACRRM, AFRACMA, MBBS, MPH, CEM(ACEM), DCH) is a General Practitioner with special interests in Emergency Medicine and Skin Cancer Medicine. A Childers local, Dr Nicol is passionate about improving access to high-quality skin care in regional areas. At Kaleidoscope Cosmetic & Skin Cancer Clinic, he provides comprehensive skin cancer screening services, topical and photodynamic therapy, and skin cancer excisions. Dr Nicol also offers cosmetic consultations and treatments.

Nurse Britt is an experienced and dedicated Dermal Therapy Nurse, specialising in advanced skin treatments for pigmentation, rejuvenation, acne, and redness.
